Senior Content Designer for Devices, across 4 digital brands: Lloyds, Bank of Scotland, Halifax and MBNA.

- Handled content for all brands, working with an in-house team of UX and visual designers, researchers and behavioural scientists.

Created new Homes, Borrow, Insure and Save & Invest app spaces, in line with new Cancara house style by Wolff Olins.

- Revised app content reached 20,000 customers with six billion log-ons.

As part of Lloyds Reimagined, I developed the new Lloyds Bank mobile app spaces: Save & invest, Borrow, Homes and Insure.

- Careful handling was required to achieve the right tone of voice to go with our new Cancarra visual style.

I was asked by the Credit Card team to help devise an improved Lost and Stolen Cards experience for the app.

- Together we distilled the app copy and steps to ensure feature was easy to locate and quick to use.

Lloyds Bank: Estate Administration Service

I was asked to develop a new microsite and bereavement guide with the head of the Wills and Probate team.

- I revised the existing guide into easy to follow steps, with a bereavement checklist and easy contact options.

- I also liaised with a contact at Equinity to create the new online portal.
