Creation of new TEC team intranet space
- Developed a coherent look and feel for the site, devising a page layout using the in house software system, Kizuna, devising compelling copy and photo library images.
- Created a new look and feel for the TEC team intranet site, repurposing content to reflect the new TEC team, following a department restructure.
- Updated biographies for all 7 TEC team heads.
- Devised a coherent layout for department ethos, remit, bios, CSR case studies and training courses (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite etc) to enhance department profile.

Senior Copywriter producing all 'Devices' copy across four retail banks: Lloyds, Bank of Scotland, Halifax and MBNA:
• Created new Homes, Borrow, Insure and Save & Invest app spaces. Revised app content reached 20,000 customers with six billion log-ons.
• Worked with UX, research, visual design and behavioural science colleagues to a department design brief to achieve the best result for customers, checking in with stakeholders at each design stage.
• Ensured all content was accessible and adhered to current banking regulations.
• Matched content to new Lloyds Bank Cancara style developed with Wolf Olins.
• Designed App Store previews for revised Personal and Business Banking apps with a visual design colleague.
